Who you can date and marry in Moonlight Peaks, how relationships work, and the supernatural families that shape the town. We mark each character as confirmed or reported and verify names against the live build. Updated June 2026.
How romance works
- Around two dozen (~24) romanceable residents — the roster grew from an earlier 15 and may keep expanding.
- Gender-neutral dating — romance anyone eligible; the game never forces an identity on you.
- Marriage, but no children — you can settle down with a partner; there are no kids.
- Befriend or romance — relationships are a core pillar, woven through the seven families.
- Vampire vs werewolf tension — the two groups bicker, so dating across that line adds drama.
The seven families
Seven founding supernatural families are said to hold the town's history and secrets between them. The confirmed make-up spans vampires, werewolves, witches, mermaids, ghosts and stranger folk besides (there are even ordinary "normies"). Not every family has been named yet — the full roster is expected to be confirmed around the July 7, 2026 launch. Your standing with a family is expected to shape festivals, gifts, and which doors open to you.
Named characters so far
Only Count Dracula is first-party confirmed as story-central; the others appear in developer reveals and pre-launch coverage and will be verified at launch.

How many romanceable characters are in Moonlight Peaks?
Around two dozen (roughly 24). Earlier coverage cited 15, so the cast grew during development, and the developers have said they hope to keep adding to it.
Can you get married in Moonlight Peaks?
Yes, you can marry a romance partner. There are no children in the game.
Is dating gender-locked?
No. Character models are intentionally gender-neutral, so you can romance any eligible resident regardless of how you build your own vampire.
Can a vampire romance a werewolf?
Yes. Vampires and werewolves in town rarely get along and trade petty spats, so pursuing a werewolf such as Saga means romancing across that divide — which is part of the charm.
