Does Moonlight Peaks have a story, or is it open-ended?

It has a light story hook — you’re a vampire moving into your family’s abandoned homestead to prove to your skeptical father that a gentler undead life is possible — layered onto an open-ended cozy life-sim loop of farming, magic, and relationships. Exactly how much scripted story content there is beyond that premise isn’t detailed yet.
